FREE* delivery on all orders Excluding Luggage over $100  to the following postcodes -

Vic 3000- Statewide, NSW 2000-2300,  Qld 4000-4300, WA 6000-6100, Tas 7000-7200, SA 5000-5200 

All Luggage will incur charges dependant on Box size

We do not deliver to PO Boxes outside Melbourne

We deliver by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers

TAS 4-6 Business days
ACT 4-6 Business days
WA 6-14 Business days (Metro Perth)
NT Free postage is not applicable

 

Delays are out of Luggage Online's control and is dependent on the courier company used.

We do not supply luggage to Northern Territory

Free postage is not applicable for NT and some areas in WA, SA.

Also, with our low prices, there are some postcodes that it is not possible to provide free shipping, so we will need to add an additional shipping charge. This is can be applied to non metro and remote areas.

There are also some locations that we cannot ship to at all. This includes non mainland addresses and some remote areas. Some areas of WA,SA and Northern Territory

We also offer an express postage, if required at the customer's expense.

Luggage Online cannot accept any  for any items damaged or stolen once left by the courier driver.

Luggage Online takes no responsibility where an item has been returned to the depot due to access restrictions or no one home.

 Non delivery or Non acceptance of deliveries:

  1. If your parcel is returned to us due to non collection or the delivery company not being able to contact you, we reserve the right to withold a restocking & handling fee of 25% of the order total should a refund be requested.
  2. If your parcel is returned to us due to non collection or the delivery company not being able to contact you, we can re-ship your parcel at your request, but all postage costs for a reship may be charged to you. We will always notify customers if any extra charges might be incurred before taking any action.
  3. Should you refuse delivery of your parcel within our stated delivery time frame, we reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking & handling fee if a refund is requested.

 Refund Policy
